Own the vertical

UI, API, data, deploy. I ship complete product surfaces, not only frontend slices.

Prefer boring technology that ships

SQLite over Postgres-for-everything. JWT over session DB round-trips. KVM over serverless lock-in, until the MVP earns an upgrade.

Design systems over decoration

Consistent tokens, purposeful motion, anti-slop checks. Good UI is a system you apply, not a mood you chase.

Write for the next engineer

Clean routes, typed configs, doc-driven architecture. I build for the person who maintains it after me (including future me).
